Two women. Twenty years of secrets. And a man who doesn't remember anything.

Or does he?

Everyone has secrets. What if you can't remember yours?

'How long have you been sitting out here?'
'I got here yesterday.'
'Where did you come from?'
'I have no idea.'

Lily has only been married for three weeks. When her new husband fails to come home from work one night, she is left stranded in a new country where she knows no one.

Alice finds a man on the beach outside her house. He has no name, no jacket, no idea what he is doing there. Against her better judgement, she invites him into her home.

But who is he, and how can she trust a man who has lost his memory?

'Fresh and intriguing, with characters so real I ached for them. I loved I Found You'
Clare Mackintosh

'I LOVED I Found You. A proper thriller with wonderful characters'
Sabine Durrant

You never know what Lisa Jewell aims at or wherethe story leads.
What you do know is that the journey is going to be a great one. She describes in amazing detail, catches all the small big moments, and even though you do have your suspicions, you cannot pin them down.
The narrator is something else, too. She literally lives the story.
This is one of these books you can listen to or read twice or three times for the simple fact of enjoying brilliant literature.

Incredibly good

I loved I Found You! The story hooked me right away and kept me completely invested the whole time. The characters felt real, and I loved how their stories slowly came together. It had just the right amount of mystery, emotion, and suspense. Such a beautifully written and satisfying read. Definitely a 5-star book for me!

Right amount of mystery

Nice and easy listening, quite clear early on where the story was going but still very enjoyable story.

Great reading!
