In an ugly world full of noise...
Escape to a place of quiet words and beauty
If you have ever loved
If you have ever lost
You’ll recognize in this book contemplative words of joy, anger, pleasure, pain and hunger.
Thoughts and emotions, maybe deeply buried, or perhaps just below the surface resonate.
Memories of love and loss remind you of the bittersweet journey that is life
As with most art, the words in this book were inspired by love.
By women I have loved and one in particular, who I love now and may have loved before.
The woman who inspired many of these words is one of the very few truly spiritual people I have ever known. In spite of a life often tormented by cruelty and neglect, she retained a spirituality and compassion rarely seen in this world.
An artist, a poet, a singer, a dancer... a creator of enormous talent and beauty.
She enriched my life
As I hope these words will enrich yours
