These ancient tantric meditation practices are given here at the request of the Ascended Master Saint Germain to help the Westerner achieve enlightenment and liberation. He instructs in simple language how to invoke the Violet Tara, Goddess of Forgiveness and Freedom, in daily life. She is the embodiment of the Violet Flame, a quality hidden in the clear light. These practices from Tibet and India have not been available in modern terminology until now. Those seeking concise meditation practices that lead to enlightenment and self-mastery can find them in these highly charged words. This book continues the teachings of the Ascended Masters given to the author, Peter Mt. Shasta. Specifically, it shows how to combine the meditative practices of the Far East with Western I Am Affirmations.
