It works

The strategy described in the book worked and still works so well for me, because it really emphasizes on the subconsious mechanisms that will make you relaps again and again. I recommened it to my friend who was smoking since they where 13 and they also managed to stop with this book. Defenitly superior to Allen Carrs strategy. I wish it was spoken by a woman, since the book is also written by one and it confused my several times.
