Backgammon is one of our oldest games and has entertained humans for centuries. Backgammon is an easy game, played with a visually-appealing board, 30 checkers, and five dice. It’s relatively simple for beginners to pick up and play, yet complex enough to have tournaments, clubs, and literature. Backgammon is a strategist’s dream and a racer’s favorite board game. Gamblers will love the risk of this game, and even a person who likes to play it safe could have fun moving the checkers around the board.
