the last books I have listened were mainly trying to sale me something, showing the multiple advantages of whatever they were talking about but not really teaching me what or how can one get there. This book was different in the sence that is has a lot of practical advice, of course not enough to make you expert in a topic but to get you started or improve and point you into a better direction.

In addition as it is being narrated by the author you can really feel he knows what he is talking about and not just reading a supermarket list.

Some chapters are great some others bland and a series of things that are in other 20 books. There is also too much emphasis, in my opinion, on the role reach and impact of scrum masters, maybe I just haven't worked with a really good one. The chapter on conflict is very good.

Hit and miss, gr8 mixed with bland

habe das Buch als Auffrischung gehört und dafür war es gut, die ein oder andere Sache verliert man Mal aus dem Fokus. für Einsteiger auch empfehlenswert

Great start to think about leadership and related Softskills as PM. Structure makes sense and easy to revisit parts once in a while.
