    Very interesting so far

    I’m only at chapter one. Yet this book seems to be very informative and interesting. Can’t wait to finish this one.

    Great input that can be put into action

    The author gives a great overview of what and why our brains need to be healthy, to prevent Illness like Alzheimers and even improve mental health. The book is based on science but in an understandable way. The author gives instrucrions on Hand on how to improve your brain health. And - and I think this is great - she doesn't just want the reader to blindly believe her. there are chapters on how the brain works and she gives the reader tools at hand to read and understand scientific studys to make your own mind. I truely loved the book!
