This book almost exclusively covers the topic of nutrition, which it does well. However this topic was already covered in the excellent book 'How Not to Die' by the same author, which I found much better structured regarding nutrition. 'How Not to Age' seems to a very large extent like a repetition of exactly the same content that is presented to me and a seemingly somewhat random order.
I was hoping a more longevity and science-of-aging oriented book, but these topics are only addressed comparatively little. If I had not known these topics from other (better) books about those topics, I likely would not have been able to follow it well.
This book gives very few insights into the influence of exercise, sleep, mental health or anything besides nutrition.
80% repetition of 'How Not to Die'. Almost entirely about nutrition.

My only caveats:
- great researcher, not the best voice actor
- chapter names would have been great
- a better solution for the footnote links is needed. Having Weblinks read out loud every other sentence disrupts the listening flow
