the main character struggling with grief thus being more workaholic pressuring herself was realistic
I didn't enjoy the main premise as much .
putting a highschooler in such a uncomfortable position to choose between work and their first time opening up to trying things and love
and the lack of communication between the mom and her son was painful...
that being said ...it was a short enjoyable read!
