Keller is a regular guy. He goes to the movies, works on his stamp collection. Call him for jury duty and he serves without complaint. Then every so often, he gets a phone call from White Plains that sends him flying off somewhere to kill a perfect stranger.

Nachdem ich 'Hit List' von Lawrence Block zur Hälfte gehört habe, hätte ich das Buch am liebsten gegen die Wand geschleudert - wenn es denn aus Papier wäre. Die Dialoge sind unfassbar schlecht und gingen mir ziemlich auf die Nerven.
Wer auf kultige Hitman Stories mit Vintage Charakter steht, greift lieber zu 'The Butcher's Boy' und dessen Fortsetzung 'The Informant' von Thomas Perry. Letzteres ist auf audible.de als Hörbuch Edition erhältlich.
