Großteils sehr einfache Grundlagen

Ich führe ein Team von Abteilungsleitern und beschäftige mich seit circa 15 Jahren mit Führung. Das Buch ist ganz nett für den einen oder anderen Impuls. Das meiste lässt sich umfassen mit: zuhören, Fragen stellen und Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Verbessern von Fähigkeiten und Prozessen.
