The concept and ideas are very good and also the story told is excellent and easy to remember.

All in all it sounded a bit too easy as the really hard work is happening in between the times which are told by the story teller.
Everybody must fill the concept with his or her own style - yet, an example or some details of how the magic happens would make this book really great.
Example: Give the people a meaning, a purpose for joint goals. That is super super hard and worth a book itself!
Yet glad to have this book on my audio shelf - off to start trying it out.
