Best introduction, I know about restoration agriculture & regenerative agriculture. Montgomery, who is actually geomorphologist, describes a variety of examples & gives the scientific background. The plough is as fatal for soil health as agrochemicals & if the two together are the maximum threat, what can we do instead? The author gives insight into a variety of approaches.

One special thing about the audio book: every single word is clearly & vividly spoken, but the special way of speaking, the speaking technique is less optimate for scientific data. While descriptions become more vivid this way, the meaning of data get lost.
