This is a strange story, a bit wordy, but when I was about to abandon it, it took me by surprise again. An opportunity to introduce lots of new worlds. I was not very convinced by the ending. Great narrator.

Incredibly banal, petty background story with predictable side plots, characters with annoying voices and stupid names, the final twist is highly contrived and all presented by an uninspired reader.
A good audiobook to rapidly find sleep, otherwise a waste of time.

Impossible to listen to more than the first chapter, because this woman reads dreamily, every sentence openended like a question with no concern for the actual content and story
