A lot of podcasts centred around geopolitics, the military and defense had recommended this book. I decided to get it as an audio book, knowing to miss out on the footnotes with additional details and references.
It was the better choice, because the narration is splendid.
The story is solid as well, although sometimes the details take away from it. And, albeit having several female protagonists, it is obvious that the authors are men.
I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in the aforementioned topics or will be in a position of power in the coming years.

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.
Ist als ob man ein frühes Tom Clancy Buch, z.B. Debt of Honor, nehmen würde und die Hälfte rauskürzt. Aufbau der Geschichte ist ähnlich. An Ende geht alles sehr schnell, und viele Schritte auf dem Weg dort hin sind kurz angerissen, aber nie zu einem geschlossenen Narrativ expandiert. Eher was zum ein Mal hören.

Ein glaubwürdiger Plot, der technologisch größtenteils akkurat und nachvollziehbar ist. Gut geschrieben, bis zum Schluss spannend.
