Really enjoyable sci-fi action ride
Really liked this audiobook, contains part 1+2 of the bookseries. Part 1 is full-on military action with little sci-fi elements and can be seen as a prologue to the series I guess, while part 2 is more a sci-fi action adventure in the vein of something like Star Wars but a bit darker and harder.
R.C. Bray as narrator does amazing work acting out the different characters and keeping their voices consistent. I'm looking forward to the next audiobooks of this series and recommend this to anyone who enjoys sci-fi action adventures!

no sci-fi
sorry, but this story is no sci-fi, like: at all. military, yes. propaganda, yes. but otherwise completely disappointing

I struggled
The story is good, with a great Narrator, but I just had too much trouble following the story, I'll see if reading it helps as listening to it didnt,

not so bad but
performance is well, story is also not bad. why bot bad? a lot of things are stolen from star wars
ships, the force, the bounty hunter, the mark I, weaponsy just about almost everything is knewn already if you know the SW story's.
if you like sci fi and know the other sci fi books already, it's an not bad alternativ. still the expedition force is so much better and an own complete story.
