Ich weiß nicht ganz was ich zu dem Buch sagen soll. Es ist gut geschrieben allerdings wirkende für mich die Gefühle unecht bzw. zu sprunghaft. Vielleicht habe ich mir aber auch einfach nur ein wenig mehr Herzschmerz vorgestellt/gewünscht und nicht gleich die nächste große Liebe….
Was ich ebenfalls sehr Unglaubwürdig finde ist, wie die beiden Hauptcharakter sin das erste mal treffen. Man hat ein wenig das Gefühl der Autorin ist die Idee diesbezüglich ausgegangen.

Edit: Lest das Buch lieber, ich glaube es ist dann viel besser als das Hörbuch.

I liked the audiobook a lot looking forward to the next book since this one ended with so many options for the story to evolve.

Entertaining and unique

So the story is pretry basic, basic romantasy. But i needed a story that did not require brain power, entertaining and pure vibes. Yes, it’s not the most original story, but I loved it nontheless! The audio is also really nice, but i will try the dramatized version of book 2.

The performance is well done, but the story is flat and the writing style is leaning too much into the manic pixie girl-„quirkiness“.
No comparison to fairy stories like Tithe or War for the Oaks :/
