Even as a women I loved listening to this book and the male perspective on how to bring groundedness and create a structural container for a relationship.

It gives great advise to all father's and men who might have unresolved issues with their own father's which might affect their relationships.

Listening to the book made me feel relaxed and loved by the grounded masculinity of the author.

A must Read for every men, especially fathers
