This is the best book on diet, metabolism, exercise and everything around that topic, that I have ever read. I 100% recommend it to anyone, who has issues around this topic, simply wants to educate themselves or wants to apply changes to their lifestyle.
I also recommend the authors podcast. To be honest, I thought “well I have listened to the podcast, should I even listen to this audiobook?” But its definitely worth it. Its deeper research on the topics plus everything put together jn a great storyline. Additionally to this audiobook I bought the book itself in order to read the chapters about metabolism again.
Thank you Juna and Eddie for this great book. Finally a no-bull-book on diet, exercise and lifestyle. I could tell all the way through the book that you have the best intentions for your listeners and it comes from the heart. You really made a difference in my life the last few years, helping me to find a new way to myself and my perspective on my body. Thank you, thank you.
