    Very basic

Very basic book and a rough summary of other better known books on goals and achieving top performance.

    Practical and insightful

I loved listening to this book and would gladly recommend it, even to my future procrastinating self. Each chapter has practical examples and offers solutions easy to apply. Unlike other books from the same category this one is easy to follow and implement.

Really good book, but I didn't like the narrator

Listened to it, twice, because there are so many strategies described. Some methods like the don't do list sound pretty unspectacular, but after trying it, it improved my day a lot.

    Too many keywords

I would have like more detailed examples and also it seemed that the book was short
