Listened to it, twice, because there are so many strategies described. Some methods like the don't do list sound pretty unspectacular, but after trying it, it improved my day a lot.

Really good book, but I didn't like the narrator

I loved listening to this book and would gladly recommend it, even to my future procrastinating self. Each chapter has practical examples and offers solutions easy to apply. Unlike other books from the same category this one is easy to follow and implement.

It is an excellent book with a lot of useful information, usually selfhelp books are created around a single idea here are many, and there are many useful tactics you can apply immediately. I would put this book amongst most useful ones, together with Attomic habbits, Psychocibernetics, Ultralearning and some others I can't think of right now.
