Amazing

I won‘t spoil anything. Not because this book relies on shock value but because finishing it was a incredible experience.
While it starts slow the hole book is build with purpose aimed towards its conclusion. Looking back one sees how all these great moments have build towards that ending. I look forward to a relisten rather sooner than latter.
And if you find yourself at the end and are a bit lost, look back how we got here and you‘ll appreciate what might have felt like a slow start and how it all lead you here.

Slowburn turns Wildfire

I am somehow speechlees...the book startet a bit slow, but I never listened a story so long, (audiobook), i took the story in a think 2 or 3 days. The end is the most dramatic I've ever listened/read. Can't say I am satisfied with, but I think that was never the will of the author.

And I beg for each reader that this is not the first book from the empire. it has to be the last.

I love all of the stories in this world. However Farilane might be my favourite. A must listen to everyone who enjois a great story. I am already excited for Esrahodden and I hope Michael will tell us many more stories of this wonderful, lush and loveley world.
