Amazing book, with great content, easy to follow
The book definitely delivered the information that I expected, absolutely worth the money. It was very easy to follow the explanations and to understand the principals of leadership which are presented in the book.

Best guide to become humble
The book is very well structured and with lots of real life examples.

A very good book with a perfect audio adaptation
I love everything about this. It delivers exactly what you expect: A guide on leadership that works.
The way the book sticks to its internal structure and form makes the information very easy to navigate and, thereby, easy to swallow. The excellent navigational table of contents helps with that - just looking at it after listening will help you recall the principles and examples easily.
The way the chapters are built stays constant throughout, the examples are extremely memorable and fitting - and both narrators do a surpreme job at delivering it authentically and clearly. The craftsmanship of the book reflects the philosophy that is taught - these guys just crushed it.
The best book on leadership I know - and the audio adaptation just adds to it.

Klasse Hörbuch!
Ich fand das Hörbuch wirklich sehr gut die Autoren veranschaulichen ihre Themen mit guten leicht nachvollziehbaren Beispielen.
Es geht zwar etwas langatmig los aber wenn man erstmal durch diese Phase durch ist wird es immer besser.

Awesome advice for all walks of life!
You'll probably listen to this audiobook a few times, because it is densely packed with a lot of knowledge about leading teams successfully, planning and implementing strategic plans and in general being a better person.

Sehr gutes Buch zum Nachdenken
Die Autoren stellen mit Extreme Ownership eine Sammlung teilweise bekannter Management-Techniken in ein neues und frisches Licht. Die heutigen Manager sehen sich häufig gefangen in ihren wahrgenommenen Sachzwängen und politischen Spielchen und eine Kündigung als das schlimmste Ereignis auf Erden. Die Autoren bringen mit ihrer militärischen Vergangenheit und ihren Erzählungen dies wieder in eine richtige Perspektive und leiten die Grundsätze solide ab.
Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Buch und eine klare Empfehlung. Dankenswerterweise sind die Autoren auch die Sprecher des Hörbuches, was für mich zum Hörgenuß beigetragen hat.
