Eine wunderbare Geschichte rund um die Gründung des Staates Israel, gleichzeitig spannend und lehrreich. Leon Uris lässt zwar weder die Briten noch die Araber gut aussehen, aber das entspricht wohl der historischen Wahrheit. Ein Muss für jeden, der Geschichte in Romanform liebt.

Well, there is no need to write about the book itself - its a classic.
The audio book is just great and the narrator, Paul Michael, gives it a quality which is living up to the story. Michael gives every character a character (!) and does the local accents so well. 5 out of 5.
