Try this and the chances are good you quit drinking
It is a very good and recommendable programme, and very good marketed as well. The hot tip: Don't follow your ego, because the ego is insane. Really is, i'm a psychologist and only can confirm that.

For all Quitters
The author describes really good the function of the ego and the necessity to create a distance to its desires. There are also some practical advices. The voice is nice- much better as the one of the speaker in the german version!
