Hat Ihnen Peter Berkrot an der Geschichte etwas vermittelt, was Sie vielleicht beim Selberlesen gar nicht bemerkt hätten?

Was wäre für andere Hörer sonst noch hilfreich zu wissen, um das Hörbuch richtig einschätzen zu können?
Wer sich für Bücher im Thema SOF interesiert, findet hier ein Buch das ohne den üblichen Patriotismus auskommt. Der Author sieht die Dinge realistisch und pragmatisch. Er erzählt eben seine Geschichte. Wer sich zusätzlich noch für JTAC, FAC und TACP interesiert ist hier genau richtig.

Excellent MARSOC inside
that book was the first inside I've got into the MARSOC teams. It really provides a good picture into the war as well

At best mildly interesting
While this book offers a certain amount of insight into the units mission in Afghanistan, for the most part it’s an ongoing rant about the alleged or actual incompetence of pretty much anyone who isn’t part of the author’s own unit. All in all there are much better books on the subject.
