I was searching for an end-time story again but to find a good one is very difficult. If they're written by men the story contains always dumber than bread women, rape and breanless violence. If written by women the story runs around a women that is still searching for cosmetics so she can attract a red-neck find the great love and survive the apocalypse by not breaking a nail. Both of those kind i find annoying. But luckily this book was none of the above. No zombies - well at least not in the common way of thought - no romance, no brain dead violence, no rape but an ending that i did not see coming. This book was a really good start to an interesting story of surviving the end of the world as we know it.

No zombies but still very good apocalypse!
