Life changing content

This audiobook has been referenced in Lean Health by Paul A. Akers as source of Inspiration for his health journey. As a interested follower of lean thinking Paul's book raised my interest to get first hand information. I really enjoyed listening as the content was in line with everything I plan and act in my life. Great pleasure since inspiring and easy to understand.
