Initially glad to have escaped her old existence, she quickly realizes that this new one might not be much better. "think of her as an anime character and increase the speed" I read this in another review online and it really helped visualising the story in an fun and interesting way.
The first half as well as the whining of the character needs getting used to but it increases in quality and character over time. I listened to it at ×1,4 my normal speed and imagined a pouty anime character during the more annoying parts.
Doing this they got a lot of character, the conflicts got funny and I got invested for the end. If you do not like this kind of anyoing main anime character arcs do not listen to this. I will keep listening and am starting to see potential in this series and love the setup.

great idea for the story bút the charackters ruined ít. main char is really really annoying and stupid. the 2nd char is a they/them which is irritating tổ Listen to. both char have massive issues with social interaction borderlining Beeing handicaped.

Es ist Fakt das Menschen dumm sind aber das die Halden der Geschichte so doof sind das es weh tut. das man die Probleme aus 50 km anhoppeln sieht ist wirklich sehr schlecht gemacht. Die Entscheidungen sind nicht nur für einen Erwachsenen nicht nachzuvollziehen sondern nicht Mal für einen 5 Jährigen.
