this is all about the narrator, i've read the story before and it's a nice one.
the voice of the narrator doesn't fit the fmc at all. the girl is young and a bit naive while the narrator speaks too harsh and dominant with the voice of a 45 year old chainsmoker. the male POV is even worse. she's speaking his parts so over exaggrated that i had to laugh out loud. Thats when i had to quit, sorry I'm out. (and I'm really not picky ). So sad, I was so happy that Ariana Hawkes stories finally got audiobooks ...
