It needed a chapter to pull me in but once the story gets going it turns into amazing sci-fi.
Towards the end it turns real freaky with cybernetics and people turning into robots monsters and I loved the shit out of that.
It's fucked up but in a really cool way!
It stayed with me for a few days.
Turquoise Days on the other hand I couldn’t care less about and wanted to be over almost as soon as it began.
I found it really boring. (But I also blew pass through it with the sped up audiobook and the narrator wasn’t nearly as great as in the first story so maybe that played a part.)
But the fact that people have the exact opposite reaction to these two novellas does speak to the quality of them :)
