Not very qualified

Gin talks a lot about her and her experience with fasting, as well in her book as in her podcasts. In the appendix, you can also hear about other people's experiences with fasting, which I found most interesting in the whole audiobook.

I like what Gin has to say and I prefer to read books from people that have experienced loosing weight on there own body and know all the ups and downs like Gin has. All she writes is helpful in many ways with useful tips.
