I really enjoyed this entry, now that we left the tower of Eternity everything feels important again and the pacing was much better. also really glad the author stopped using "tens of" instead of "dozens" that was just jarring.

Der Hauptcharakter ist im laufe der Zeit immer langweiliger geworden. Es geht ausschließlich um sein streben nach mehr Macht. Zwischenmenschliche Beziehung mit anderen Charakteren kommen einfach zu kurz.

Which is not surprising, In my experience most stories get worse over time, I guess it's just hard to keep a story coherent and interesting for such a long time.
