First really interesting, to the end repetitive.
The first 5-6 hours are really interesting and inspiring but then it gets repetitive and no new information is told.

Surprisingly good
The book really caught me. And i had to push myself to take a break.
In itself it's not a toolbox, but alot of story's to which you can compare yourself.

GREAT book!!!!
I learned so much useful information about survival in all kinds of life threatening situations as well as the day to day life.
Every single surviver story is incredibly thrilling and inspiring.
