Das Hörbuch handelt von der gängigen Meetingkultur mit zu vielen, zu langen und vor allem zu langweiligen Meetings. Es vermittelt auf Basis einer Geschichte, wie man gegen dieses Stereotyp arbeiten kann und Meetings wieder zu einer produktiven Bereicherung macht.
Das Hörbuch könnte im Prinzip auch knapp 30 Minuten lang sein, denn das ist die Länge des Executive Summary am Ende. Damit hätte man dann alle wichtigen Punkte auch erfasst. ... ABER
Die gesamte Geschichte ist spannend und fesselnd erzählt und irgendwie möchte man doch meinen, dass sie auf einer wahren Begebenheit basiert. Sie macht das Verständnis der wichtigen Punkte noch leichter und schafft den nötigen Hintergrund, um etwaige Änderungen im eigenen Geschäftsleben umzusetzen oder voranzutreiben.
Viele der angesprochenen Kritikpunkte sind durch den Mantel der Geschichte einfach nachvollziehbar und schaffen Neugier auf die Umsetzung der dargebotenen Ideen.
Insgesamt klare 5 Sterne und eine deutliche Kaufempfehlung! Ich weiß, ich wiederhole mich, aber auch dieses Werk sollte in keiner Abonnenten Bibliothek fehlen. :-)
