While the main technique for calming someone down sounds reasonable and useful, many of the example scenarios are extremly unrealistic. They try to convey that this one skill resolves every conflict you might have. Leaving out many other aspects of human communication that other books will tell you about. This program teaches you to sound like a robot. Fitting, because the speaker also sounds like one. Almost like its AI generated.
