I really like the storyline. It fits perfectly my taste when it comes to sci-fi stories.
In the beginning a deeper dive into the background story would have been great. To build the main character much stronger standing. For me personally the main character is fighting to many internal conflicts way too often. Of course this has a purpose, but at least I would like to see a stronger character that of course describes his thinking process but isn’t insecure so often.
But overall a good read.

My brother gave this as a book when I was twelve didn’t quite stick then, but now I’m enjoying the lost fleet line I don’t now but I love the realism that is sprinkeld in this sci-fi
