This was a solid story, if very predictable. I enjoyed the multiple perspectives, and the narrator did a great job switching between them. The love story just didn't do it for me because it was so instantaneous when there was no good reason for it (like at least the fated mates trope is an explanation). I do plan to listen to more from the series because I really enjoyed the Aldebarian Alliance, but I hope the future books do a better job developing the relationship (like in the AA series).
