This is my first book by M Never and I am in love with this book, this story, the characters. I was entertained, I laughed, I cried, it was heartbreaking, heartwarming, adorable, hot, sexy, exciting & thrilling. Whereas there were comedic and adorable parts, this story also had me on the edge of my seat and made me tear up a few times. The storyline also deals with some tough topics.

Fallon McNamara, femme fatal, a contract killer who is paired with hot Irish Declan O´Dea another contract killer to complete a job for one of the most notorious and dangerous crime bosses of Boston, Ronan Kennedy! She soon finds herself caught between the two men who both want her.

There is also her handler, March, the man in her ear, her best friend and confidant!

I really don´t want to say too much as this story with all its twists, secrets & surprises just needs to be experienced.

What added to this listening experience was the casting. Oh my lord, those performances were outstanding. This is Duet Narration with a lot of dialogue and Jacob Morgan did a solid on this performance. His Irish accent *gahhh* and portrayal of Declan just had the right amount of danger, cockiness & charm. Muffy Newton does a fantastic portrayal of Fallon, who is this fierce tough badass femme fatal that also has a softer side. I especially loved the snarky sexy suggestive banter between Fallon & Declan as well as their interactions with March, played by Aaron Shedlock, who with his deep voice and comedic charm stole my heart with his performance.

I was holding my breath the whole time, so this is 5 stars all the way! I am looking forward to read/listen to more books by M Never.
