Excellent audio book to learn how to really listen to the ones you love. Listening does not only mean the hearing of the words, but to fully understand the meaning of the sender. This includes noticing the nonverbal body language. All of that is perfectly explained in this brilliant audio book, nicely narrated, so that everything is perfectly understandable. Highly recommended!
