Würden Sie Bridget Jones's Diary noch mal anhören? Warum?

Es ist als würde man tatsächlich Bridget Jones dabei zuhören, wie sie ihr Tagebuch vorliest. Die Sprecherin (Imogen Church) interpretiert die Rolle super und lässt die Witze dadurch noch besser wirken.

Was wäre für andere Hörer sonst noch hilfreich zu wissen, um das Hörbuch richtig einschätzen zu können?

Tagebuch einer tollpatschigen, unbeholfenen Frau mit einem Hang zu unglücklichen Umständen und auf der Suche nach der großen Liebe.

Really great, easy too listen, not too heavy, but also not boringly superficial. Great for on the go, or lying in bed. Really really enjoyed this book, really reassuring, even though the end is a little bit to magical, but still great!

Great book for single people, THER‘S HOPE!

I did not totally like the diary style of the book. However, v. much enjoyed the story and Austen references, since I came to listen to Bridget only through Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy.
Narrator is nice to listen to and makes the characters more tangible.

As someone who is single, approaching 30, a hopeless romantic and a big Pride&Prejudice fan, this book has for years been my favourite comfort read. The audiobook and the „diary format“ of the book clash a little, but not in a way that would actually detract any enjoyment. Bridget Jones will forever be my recommendation for any romance book lover out there.
