...und jede*r, die*der therapy jeff auf einem social media Kanal folgt, wird das sicherlich auch tun. Es ist großartig dem Autor zuzuhören; der Humor wird wunderbar getragen - die Betonung durch seine Stimme macht's. Die Authentizität ist toll! Der Inhalt ist leicht verdaulich (man muss nicht vom Fach sein, um es zu verstehen), ohne flach zu sein. Die Übungen regen an, sich zu reflektieren, strukturieren und letztlich zu fokussieren. Durch diese entstandene Simplizität - den eigenen/erarbeiteten roten Faden - bringt er Ordnung und Klarheit in die - bisher vielleicht als chaotisch erlebte - dating-Welt.
Ich habe erst das Buch gekauft (schön für dir Übungen) und dann das Hörbuch entdeckt. Habe nun beides und find's großartig.

This book is a treasure chest full of thoughtful insights and questions about dating, relationships and sex. Jeff Guenther keeps his promise and provides us with a lot of energy to explore ourselves and step up to what we truly want (and don't want) in dating and relationships.

I could listen endlessly to Jeff's funny and calm way to talk about awkward, casual and serious topics. (If you know his podcast or social media reels, you know what I'm talking about.)

I really wish this (audio) book had been released three years ago when I started dating after seperating from the man I had been married to for over a decade. It would have spared me a lot of pain und trouble out there in the dating jungle.
