I loved every minute of this book. It is funny at times, but also serious and witty. It shows how writers can overcome writers block and how people get to know each other better. How relationships evolve and how two separate lifes become one. I liked the voice reading it, too. The woman did a very good job with the different characters. I could always tell which voice is which person, that was amazing! Thank you, for this amazing piece of literature! I will definetly listen to it again.

I can gladly recommend thia to you, even if I don‘t usually read a lot of contemporary romance novels! Have fun with it!

Not the same quality as previous Emily Henry stories I enjoyed. Found this one a bit mundane and repetitive. Also this story was predictable, not much new or exciting.

Is an average story

Ich mag die Sprecherin sehr gerne und fand die premise nicht schlecht, drum wagte ich es einfach mal mit dem Buch, in der Hoffnung dass es so augenzwinkernd ist wie der Titel selbst. Das Buch war mehr als das. Habe oft laut aufgelacht und gehofft, dass January kriegt was sie will, aber sich nicht zu wollen traut.

I felt well entertained altogether. The ending was over the top and Augustus was a tad to exaggerated. I’d listen to it again, it’s a lightweight story. A beach read.

Funny though cheesy ending

It's another Emily Henrys book and i fell in love yet again. It's a fun, light (but not too light) read and managed to pull me under its spell. It actually reminded me of book lovers in some ways though this is a completley different story and setting and those 2 books don't really have too much in common :)

I so loved this book! What a great story, you fall in love with the characters immediately. The narrator told the story so wonderful, I laughed out loud and I cried and was so deeply touched. For me this is a story about love, but not only between two persons, but about living life to the fullest, and daring to love to the fullest. And about the love we have for our parents. And of course about the love of books, both writing and reading. Which makes it perfect. Thank you for this book. I am so very grateful.

I thought this book was going to be a nice light read. It was a great read and as I listened to it I got more and more intrigued. The story was so good I was sorry to finish it. Always a good sign.
