good narration and clear examples that show how much work still needs to be done for equality. struggled to finish because some parts were over-explained and formulated so negatively, it felt like there is no hope (=reason to move on with reading)

Bad Feminist ist das erste Buch von Roxane Gay das ich gelesen (mir angehört) habe aber es wird sicher nicht das letzte sein. Ihr Schreibstil ist ein Genuss und die Sprecherin hat mir ebenfalls sehr gefallen.
Ich kann das Buch jedem empfehlen.

I'd listen to this book over and over again. Gay's writing is on point, witty and straight up brilliant at times. The only thing I would've liked to be mentioned too is that too much pressure in school or at home towards school can have negative effects on the metal health of kids and teens; except this minor detail it was great!
Bahn Turpin did an amazing job capturing the vibe and it was a pleasure to listen to their voice.
