Summary

Who says a grandma cant be a bear hunter? At seventy years old and five-foot-one, Nancy Anderson Britt is ready: makeup on, camo in place, and headed into Georgias black bear country. What follows is a true, five-year adventure filled with long waits, close calls, unexpected game-warden encounters, trophy bucks, and enough mishaps to keep you laughing.High in a tree stand, miles from cell service, Nancy discovers that every sound in the dark woods can make your heart race. But with faith, determination, family, and a little Southern sass, she keeps coming back to the hunt.Funny, exciting, and at times terrifying, Bear Hunting Grandma is a spirited story about chasing a dream and finding the courage to keep going.
