Wondrously weird short stories from the pages of the vintage Doctor Who Annual, brought to life by a host of Doctor Who voices.
In the title story, The Lost Ones, the First Doctor encounters Zarbi and Menoptera on the planet Vortis, and then Jamie meets his own Man Friday when he, Zoe and the Second Doctor materialise in a beautiful but deadly paradise.
In Out of the Green Mist, Jo Grant finds UNIT sleeping peacefully whilst the Third Doctor is embroiled in a deadly mental tussle, and then the Fourth Doctor, Sarah and Harry unwittingly stumble upon The Secret of the Bald Planet.
The Fifth Doctor and Adric are caught up in a race for time when the TARDIS lands close to The Key of Vaga, and in late 1970s England the Sixth Doctor and Peri investigate The Mystery of the Rings.
Maureen O'Brien, David Troughton, Katy Manning, Christopher Naylor, Matthew Waterhouse and Nicola Bryant read these unabashedly exuberant stories first published in book form between 1966 and 1985.
Readings produced by Morrison Ellis
Sound design by David Darlington
