With only three weeks away from the GHSA Football playoffs, Hannah Goodin and Jon Nelson talk to two very successful coaches with very different coaching styles but both are playoff bound.
Cartersville’s Head Coach Conor Foster uses a mentoring system that allows his coaches the freedom to suggest new ideas that has resulted in the Purple Hurricanes being undefeated with a high powered offense and a lockdown defense with five shoutouts. Coach Foster also talks about the team’s huge push toward community involvement throughout the whole year. The team faces Dalton in our Football Friday in Georgia game of the week this week.
Jon and Hannah’s second guest is Dublin Head Coach Roger Holmes who talks about his classic “Wing T” offense that is a major part of his team's success. His offense is so good that he holds coaching clinics for coaches across the country to study the specialized offense.
