Two weeks out from the doors opening at Gosford House, Danny and Jason sat down with Emma, the founder of The Unveil Forum, a two-day wedding industry conference taking place on the 28th and 29th of October just outside of Edinburgh.
Emma built Timeless White Wedding Planning at 21 while still at university, spent years investing in conferences from Vegas to Florence, and somewhere along the way decided the UK wedding industry deserved something better than what was on offer. The Unveil Forum is the result, global speakers, a stunning venue, two full days of keynotes, breakout sessions, panels and a closing afterparty at the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh, all aimed at wedding professionals who are serious about where their business is going next.
In this episode they talk through the full agenda, the speakers including Alan Berg who Danny and Jase are genuinely excited about, the price point debate and whether 950 pounds for two days is a reach or a no-brainer depending on where you are in your business, the dress code, the Home Alone themed afterparty, and why Emma is the most nervous she has ever been about anything in her life right now.
It is also a surprisingly honest conversation about what conferences actually do for your business, why the connections you make in the room are often worth more than the keynotes themselves, and why the end of wedding season is exactly the right time to sit in a room with people who are thinking about the same things you are.
Tickets are still available at www.the-unveil-forum.com. Full two-day passes are at 950 pounds, day passes are at 20 percent off, and if you just want the afterparty that is 125 pounds on the door.
