For more than a decade, Sam Tabor has entertained the internet with his gaming and comedy content. Now, the Louisville-based creator is revealing a not-so-new musical side of himself with his latest single, “Bleed Me Dry.”

Tabor grew up surrounded by music, from singing in church and playing in his high school jazz band to his mother’s vocals and his brother’s guitar playing filling his home. Even as his YouTube career took off, music remained a creative outlet. In 2017, he released his debut single, “Bones,” introducing fans to a side of himself that stood in stark contrast to his online persona: vunerable and introspective. Fans quickly embraced both sides of his creativity.

Building on the world he introduced with his 2025 debut album, I Hope They Set You Free, Tabor’s latest singles venture further into an unguarded, atmospheric sonic landscape. “Coffee” explores the anxieties of overthinking, while “Bleed Me Dry” sinks it's teeth into an all-consuming devotion.

On the latest episode of The Juice Box Sessions, we caught up with Tabor to discuss his musical journey, mental health, collaborating with Ken Coomer, former drummer of Wilco, and what it’s been like to step out from behind the computer and connect with fans in person.
