Very insightful, engaging, and inspiring read about a very impotent topic. I like how the author master her topic and make a seemingly heavy research accessible in a story telling way. The big idea is that prioritizing well-being can go hand in had with prioritizing productivity. I liked how the author put Albert bandora research about agency and self efficacy in to practice with attention.

I felt somehow that the book can be a bet shorter without compromising the content. However I give the book 5 starts all in all .
