It’s quite the slow burn, but a very cute story.
The mentioning of the former (and thankfully not very long) relationship as a patient / Dr was a bit much for me but the narrator had such an enchanting voice I just didn’t want to stop listening.

The Pink Bean Series was very diverse, very cute, many lovable characters, so many different stories, not too much drama.
Tbh some of the short descriptions didn’t catch me, so I was hesitant to listen to this series, but as it turns out, all of the books were worth the time.
I love that we meet all the characters in nearly all of the book, since they are a big community, friends, friends of friends, shop owners, lovers, famous and ordinary and so on. I like how they all interact and interfere with each other, how much worth friendship means, and that there is nearly no bad blood and real jealousy. I also like the mix between younger and older.
If you were hesitant like me, just start the series, you won’t stop 😊

Die ganze Serie ist ein spannende Reise, romantisch, vielschichtig, erotisch, leicht und doch mit vielen ernsten Themen, die zum Nachdenken anregen. Und erfrischend: auch mal ältere Frauen lebendig und interessant als zentrale Figuren!

The whole series is an exciting journey, romantic, complex, erotic, light and yet with many serious topics that make you think. And refreshing: sometimes older women are lively and interesting as central characters!
